JOB OBJECTIVE:
Responsible for the development and performance
of all sales activities in assigned area & market.
Staffs and directs a sales team and provides
leadership towards the achievement of maximum
profitability and growth in line withcompany vision
and values. Establishes plans and strategies
to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop the channel and channel sales
· Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market.
· Prepare the sales team.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
· 0-3 years of experience in sales management.
· Extensive understanding in all aspects of customer Relationship
Management.
· Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and
requirements.
· Willingness to travel
· Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
PACKAGE:
2.4 Lac - 4.2 Lac /annum + good incentives
